Please note that when requesting a collection we require 5 full working days notice to book a collection. Collections are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

We can request a preference for morning or afternoon but cannot guarantee this therefore your requested date needs to be a day when you (or your representative) can be available all day. (Any representative must be at least 18 years of age).

Please note if the vehicle is not made available on the requested date and/or is deemed not fit for collection you will be charged an aborted collection fee. Any cancellations for a booking need to be made 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) prior to the booked collection time and date to avoid incurring an aborted collection fee”
